Shipping:

Orders placed Monday – Friday by 11:30 AM (EST), will be shipped out on the same day. All orders received after 11:30 AM , will be shipped out on that following business day. Custom built and specialty items are normally shipped within 3 to 10 days of order placement (unless specifically noted ex: pre-orders). Your order will hold your place in line for items on backorder.

If you need your order quicker please call us to discuss expedited shipping choices. Overnight, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day shipping options are available.

Remember, this reflects the shipping time, not order processing time. If you are pressed to get your order by a certain date please be sure to call us. We cannot control occasional inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, and other factors that can delay your shipment. However, we will do our best to get your product to you as soon as possible. Items on backorder are charged at the time you place the order. Remember, we're open Monday – Friday!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Certain items are restricted from sales outside the United States and Canada. International Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. They will have a custom tag with the exact amount. You are responsible for any tariffs your country may apply. We DO NOT GUARANTEE SAFE DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE U.S. Orders can be held up in your country custom department for undetermined amounts of time. We are not responsible for this and do not refund lost international orders. Because of the added expense of shipping overseas we are not responsible for shipping costs to replace items received damaged or missing from an order.
International Orders must have the SAME BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS. We reserve the right to decline any order we deem as suspicious to Homeland Security or as a payment security issue.

Returns & Refunds:

We stand behind everything we sell. If for some reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, notify us within 30 days and we will promptly issue a refund, credit you on your next order or exchange the unused item. We want you to be satisfied! Refunds will only be given within 30 days after shipping your order , unused items; and there is a 30% restocking fee which is waived for house credit returns. There is a 50% restocking fee for items over 30 days. You MUST obtain prior authorization before returning any items. Returns must be received within 10 days of being given a phone authorization.

Original Shipping and/or handling charges are not refundable and shipping costs for the return of any item/s is the full responsibility of the customer.

NO RETURN ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

C.O.D. returns are not accepted.

Holidays:

Merchandise purchased between NOVEMBER 10th & DECEMBER 23rd will be treated as if purchased on DECEMBER 24th for the purpose of returns. All other normal return policies remain in effect

Tax:

There is a general sales tax of 7% on all items sold in the state of South Carolina.

Warranty:

Pedal Sock is warranted by the manufacturer for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase to be free from defects in materials or workmanship as originally supplied. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. This warranty will not apply to broken, damaged or frayed cords caused by tools or implements used for the purpose of cutting, puncturing, heating, tarring or other misuse and abuse.

If any part of Pedal Sock fails to function properly due to faulty materials or workmanship during the warranty period, such part will be replaced at Company’s discretion, subject to the Conditions of Warranty below.

This Limited Warranty is not transferable. Only a new Pedal Sock given as a gift is an exception to this rule.

In order to exercise your rights under this limited warranty, the warranty claim must be presented during the warranty period to Company or one of its authorized representatives, together with a receipt, bill of sale or other appropriate written proof of purchase.

The original owner shall pay all delivery or shipping charges connected with delivery or shipment of the defective part to Company or its authorized dealer. Under no circumstances does this limited warranty include the cost of travel, delivery or shipment to Company or its authorized dealer. Such costs, if any, shall be borne by the original owner. Company shall pay the shipping costs associated with shipment of a replacement and/or the shipment of a replacement back to the original owner.

This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, nor to claimed defects, malfunctions or failures that result from abuse, neglect, shipping damage, damage caused accidentally or deliberately, alteration, misuse or improper use.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order at any time. However, on credit card orders, there is a  3% cancellation fee. This fee will not be applied if there was a delay due to backordered items or late shipping. Pay Pal, money order, and purchase order cancellations will not be subject to cancellation fees. To avoid fees, please be certain that what you order is actually what you need.
